HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Here are some shots from the Highlands Monday morning as residents returned to find out the extent of the damage.
Most of the fire was on the south and west sides of the development. Many homes suffered at least some damage from the heavy smoke. One home suffered serious damage with many homes singed but not seriously damaged. Numerous fire crews are still on the scene keeping hot spots under control.
