A 55-year-old Hutchinson man who is well known to law enforcement is jailed on a 75-thousand dollar bond after he allegedly threatened his neighbors and caused criminal damage.
Terry Young apparently got into an altercation with the two neighbors on Thanksgiving day and threatened to strike them with the bat then use it to damage their property, including their home and vehicle.
Young is jailed on suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault and felony criminal damage to property.
He has prior convictions for drugs, flee and elude and drug paraphernalia.
