Reno County EMS and a Midwest Lifeteam helicopter responded to the scene of a single vehicle injury accident near Yoder Thursday morning. The accident occurred at K-96 and Sand Creek Road which is a mile west of Yoder.
Reno county 911 reported 3 individuals were involved. According to the Reno County Sheriffs Office, an SUV was going west on K-96 when it left the road and rolled several times before coming to rest in the median.
One person, the driver, was been airlifted to a Wichita hospital while a second was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center by Haven EMS, the third refused treatment at the scene. No names have been released with the accident occurring around 6:30 a-m.
