Investigators on the scene in McPherson County
MC PHERSON COUNTY -Multiple law enforcement agencies, including troopers from the Kansas Highway Patrol, are at the scene of an officer-involved shooting in McPherson County near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Highway 56 which is about two miles east of the city of McPherson.
The McPherson County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the shooting involved a McPherson County Sheriff’s deputy.
The shooting happened at around 3 p.m.
