HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Wichita man convicted in a drug distribution case in Reno County is scheduled for sentencing Friday.
Michael Guthrie entered pleas to possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction. A fourth charge of having no drug tax stamp was dismissed.
He was one of four people in a vehicle which was stopped by police at 4th & Lorraine back on Jan. 26, 2014.
Sentencing in the case is scheduled in front of Judge Tim Chambers.
