A Hutchinson man who ran Pampered Paws in Hutchinson was bound over for trial on a charge of felony breach of privacy.
Terry Bryan apparently placed a tanning bed in one of the rooms inside the pet grooming business, then also installed a hidden camera in the room. He then allowed employees to use the tanning bed. The camera was apparently attached to his computer in his office where the state alleges he could view what was occurring.
This allegedly occurring back on September 19, 2012, according to Senior Assistant District Attorney Steve Maxwell.
Bryan will be arraigned on the charges next week.
