HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Chamber of Commerce officials in Hutchinson announced the 2016 Legislative Forum dates with the first one being held Saturday, Feb. 13, 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Wesley Towers, 3711 Asbury Place.
The Forums are co-sponsored by AT&T and the Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Advisory Committee, and will offer attendees the opportunity to interact with the Reno County legislators on issues before the Kansas Legislature.
Legislators invited to participate from Reno County include Senator Terry Bruce. Representatives Joe Seiwert, Steven Becker, Jan Pauls and Representative Jack Thimesch are also invited.
There is no cost to attend the forum and members of the Chamber and the general public are encouraged to attend.
The second Legislative Forum will be Saturday, March 19, at 9:30 a.m. at Mennonite Friendship Communities, 600 W. Blanchard Ave., South Hutchinson.
