HUTCHINSON, Kan. — It has been a busy day for EMS and law enforcement with numerous accidents 
due to slick conditions.
Hutchinson Police and EMS responded to the Woody Seat Freeway for an accident just before 2 p.m. One person was trapped in their vehicle and was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
