A 34-year-old Hutchinson man with two cases pending and arrested again around 11:20 p-m a week ago appeared in court via-video from the Reno County Jail Wednesday.
It happened at Clic’s Bar at 117 East 2nd, when Marcos Gutierrez was apparently on a bicycle and was extremely intoxicated. He allegedly started yelling at patrons that he was a terrorist and threatening to blow the place up.
Police finally caught up with him in the 200 block of North Elm. He then allegedly became belligerent using profanity while they tried to arrest him for criminal threat. They then also charged him with disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement and public intoxication.
In court he was read the two charges filed by the state for criminal threat and interference with law enforcement.
He has another case for a charge of felony theft where he’s accused of stealing a 1998 Ford Explorer back on January 14, and a third case where he’s accused of auto burglary and theft for breaking into vehicle on July 25.
Both of those cases are still pending.
