Bruton
HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 37-year-old man arrested last month for making a threat against three people has been formally charged.
Derrick Bruton is charged with a single count of making a criminal threat. The threat came at a residence in the 500 block of East B. back on Nov. 29.
Bruton has been on community corrections for possession of drugs and DUI. He has two prior convictions for DUI and illegal transportation of liquor.
His case now moves to a waiver-status docket on Dec. 30.
