HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 19-year-old Hutchinson man arrested back on Nov. 22 on drug charges has been formally charged.
Skylin A. Johnson is now formally charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of hydrocodone.
Police apparently made a traffic stop after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign. When the officer made contact with Johnson, the officer could see a clear plastic bag between the seats on the console. That led to a search of his vehicle where they allegedly found 11 individual bags of marijuana, some hydrocodone pills and owe sheets.
Bond in the case is set at $6,000 and the case now moves to a waiver-status docket.
