A 34-year-old Hutchinson man with two cases pending and arrested around 11:20 p-m last Wednesday night is expected back in court Wednesday.
It happened at Clic’s Bar at 117 East 2nd, when Marcos Gutierrez was apparently on a bicycle and was extremely intoxicated. He allegedly started yelling at patrons that he was a terrorist and threatening to blow the place up.
Police finally caught up with him in the 200 block of North Elm. He then allegedly became belligerent using cuss words with police while they tried to arrest him for criminal threat. They then also charged him with disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement and public intoxication.
He has another case for a charge of felony theft where he’s accused of stealing a 1998 Ford Explorer back on January 14. That was continued because of the new arrest.
In a third case, he’s accused auto burglary and theft for breaking into vehicle on July 25. That case is also pending.
He is expected back in court Wednesday for a status hearing on the charges.
