HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Two men arrested by the Reno County Drug Unit after they served a search warrant on home in the 700 block of Brookside Dr., were back in court Friday for the formal reading of charges.
Sixty-year-old Willard LaGrange (top left) is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and personal use drug paraphernalia
Fifty-eight-year-old David Danner (top right) is charged charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the search, they drug unit alleges that they found 3.6 grams of methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia, including packaging materials and a small amount of marijuana. The meth was split into several small baggies, which weighed about 2 grams each. Most of what they found was allegedly in the room belonging to Lagrange.
In court, Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen again reduced the bond for Lagrange from $10,000 to $5,000, while the bond for Danner was left at $2,500.
She scheduled the cases for the two for a waiver-status docket in front of Judge Joe McCarville for Dec. 2
