HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 63-year-old man was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center after a two-vehicle accident in the county.
William Allam Jr. of Hutchinson failed to yield at the intersection of Rayl Road and Stroud Road and struck the side of a grain truck driven by 60-year-old Jack McMillian of Burrton.
Allam was taken to Hutchinson Regional while McMillian was not injured. However, sheriff officials say neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
The accident occurred just before 2 p.m. Monday.
