HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 23-year-old Hutchinson man is jailed on a $10,100 bond on a number of charges after he was arrested Saturday evening by police.
Dakota C. Schrader of Hutchinson faces potential charges of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, felony interference with law enforcement, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
He reportedly threatened officers with a knife just after 7 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of West 5th. He was also allegedly disorderly against a 47-year-old woman in that same area.
He made a first appearance where his bond was left the same. He’ll be back in court within the next week once the state files formal charges.
