HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The two people taken to jail back on July 10, are scheduled for court Wednesday where they’re expected to be read the formal charges against them.

Thirty-two-year-old Kristen S. Ardolino was arrested for at 210 W. 2nd for aggravated assault domestic violence and being a felon in possession of a firearm. She’s alleged to have pulled a large handgun and pointed it at her ex-boyfriend.

She was apparently with 56-year-old Daniel Wilson who was arrested at 105 W. 5th for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, no tax stamp, possession of Oxycodone, Hydrocodone and Clonazepan. He was also arrested for charges of possession of a firearm by felon, interference with law enforcement, battery of a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana and personal use drug paraphernalia.

He was confronted by police and allegedly ran from the officers, he then got into an altercation with an officer, pulling buttons off of his shirt. They did a search of his truck and allegedly found several baggies of methamphetamine as well as the other drugs and a handgun.

His bond was left at $38,500, partly because he has prior convictions for the unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine with the cases going back to 1989 and 1984.

Ardolino’s bond was set at $6,500.

The hearing for the two will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
