HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 27-year-old man was arrested Monday afternoon on a variety of charges associated with a domestic case.
Jerry Johnson Jr. was taken to jail for aggravated assault, felony interference with law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He’s also charged with theft and criminal damage.
The arrest coming just before 1 pm, Monday in the 400 block of West 18th.
His bond at the time of his arrest was set at $16,000 and after a first appearance in court Tuesday morning, it was reduced to $10,500.
He should be back in court sometime next week or whenever the state files formal charges.
