HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 21-year-old Hutchinson man jailed on July 3 after he was arrested by police on drug distribution charges appeared in court Wednesday for the formal reading of charges.
Sean Dionne is now charged with possession of marijuana with intent sell within a thousand feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to sell within a thousand feet of a school and possession of Lorazepam and Hydrocodone, both with intent to sell within a thousand feet of a school.
The state alleges he had between at least 25 grams, but less then 450 grams of marijuana and over ten dosage units of the Hydrocodone and Lorazapam. He’s also alleged to have items the state alleges were used to help distribute the drugs.
His bond is set at $13,500 and Judge Trish Rose set his case as part of a waiver-status docket on August 5.
