HARVEY COUNTY, Kan. – A Kansas teen was injured in an accident just before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday in Harvey County
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Dodge Avenger driven by Lance Oster, 28, Wichita, was northbound on Hoover Road one mile northeast of the city of Sedgwick.
The Dodge failed to yield at the intersection of Southwest 96th and struck a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by Andrew Mullin, 15, Wichita in the driver’s side door.
Mullin was transported to Wesley Medical Center.
Oster was not injured.
The KHP reported both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident.

SEDGWICK, Kan. – We don’t have a lot of details, but one person was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita after a two vehicle accident in Harvey County.
It appears that a pickup and car collided with the pickup sustaining major front end damage while the car was on its side.
This injury accident occurring at SW 96th and Hoover, just northwest of the town of Sedgwick.
The driver of the pickup was taken to the hospital. No word on any other injuries. We hope to have more later.
