HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 26-year-old Texas man was taken to jail early Friday morning on charges of aggravated assault, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failing to give information, no drivers license and no proof of insurance.
Justin Ramos was also advised of criminal trespass at the local bar and is being held in the Reno County Jail on a bond of $5,950.
The arrest coming after 35-year-old Timothy Crabbs of Hutchinson reported to police that a man struck a parked vehicle and tried to hit him with his car in the parking lot of Vic’s Bar at 1514 East 4th.
Ramos should be back in court next Wednesday, or whenever the state files formal charges.
