HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 33-year-old man was bound over for trial Tuesday on the charges associated with the possession of drugs after he was arrested in the 700 block of North Adams.
Jeremy Frischenmeyer of Hutchinson is alleged to have been in possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic marijuana and criminal trespass. He was apparently at an apartment in the 200 block of West 8th, where he was not welcome. This occurring back in July of last year.
Frichenmeyer was released from prison on June 30, 2014, for convictions of three burglaries going back to 2011. But, he also has other convictions for burglary, forgery, theft and possession of drugs.
With him being bound over for trial, the case will proceed to arraignment on March 3, in front of the Judge Trish Rose.
