SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A new convenience store is coming to South Hutchinson.
During last night’s City Council meeting, approval was given for the construction of a Love’s Travel Stops store to be located along K-96 and US-50. According to City Manager Matt Stiles, the store will be located on four acres of land, on the northwest corner of the highway interchange. Stiles says the land was given to the city as part of the US-50 realignment and so the city deeded the parcel to the developers without cost.
No time table was given for when work would begin on the new store.
