MC PHERSON, Kan. — A traffic stop lead to the arrest of one man, and the seizure of more than seven pounds of meth.
The McPherson County Sheriff’s Department says the arrest happened after a truck was stopped for erratic driving on I-135 near Moundridge.
Sheriff Larry Powell says in a news release that the drugs had a street value of more than $1.75 million..
Deputies found drug paraphernalia in the pickup, and impounded the vehicle. The methamphetamine was then found in the truck.
The driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
