HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Drug Unit arrested two people on a search warrant late Monday night.
Authorities took Bryan Buckwalter and Mandy Franklin into custody just before midnight on suspicion of possession of meth with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and tax stamp violations. The arrest happened after DEU agents served a search warrant at the couple’s residence at 1009 E. 13th Ave., where they reported finding meth, owe sheets, scales and other paraphernalia.
Both are being held on bonds of $31,000.
