Horizons Mental Health Center is welcoming Ashley Cook, as a Children’s Case Manager to their team of health professionals.
Cook graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, with an emphasis in Management.
Cook will be providing face-to-face services to children and their families in the home and community, with a goal of enhancing overall functioning in the least restrictive environment.
Sean Wagner, Director of Horizons Mental Health Center’s Area Offices said, they are pleased to have Ashley join their team of qualified mental health professionals in Medicine Lodge. Her previous skills and experiences will be a great asset in serving those in our community with behavioral and mental health needs.”
Horizons Mental Health Center provides comprehensive mental and behavioral healthcare services to people living in Barber, Harper, Kingman, Pratt and Reno Counties.
