Mt. Hope, Kan. – A 24-year-old Hutchinson man was killed Friday night in Sedgwick County.
It happened on K-96 when Tanner Anthony Flores was traveling eastbound when for an unknown reason, he veered off the right side of the road and struck a tree. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, he was not wearing a seat-belt while driving a 2002 Lincoln. Flores was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurring just before 10 p.m., about three miles east of Mt. Hope.
