A 25-year-old Hutchinson man jailed for two cases has now been formally charged in a third.
Jacob Henson has been charged by the state with aggravated battery after he and another inmate got into fight inside the jail annex back on June 19th.
The victim, Joshua Holmes suffered a broken jaw and broken finger as result. He was allegedly bragging over some sexual encounter and that was allegedly enough to set Henson off.
Henson also faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Oxycodone, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, namely prescription drugs, both with a prior convictions and possession of drug paraphernalia. All of these crimes occurring back on March 7, 2013.
He’s also charged with violating a “protection from abuse” order which occurred back on May 15
Henson’s bonds now total 20-thousand dollars for the three cases.
Holmes is jailed on a failure to appear in a case against him.
