HUTCHINSON, Kan. — 
A Hutchinson man was arrested this morning after a one-vehicle accident.
Police say 21-year-old Angel Montiel of 418 N. Chemical was involved in the accident around 2 a.m. at the intersection of East 4th Avenue and K-61. Montiel was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, DUI, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
He’s being held in the Reno County jail on a $3,650 bond.
