HUTCHINSON, Kan.— Hutchinson Regional Medical Center will host another First Course event on Tuesday, September 15th.
The speaker will be Dr. Robbie O’Brian-Leighton, medical doctor of the Acute rehabilitation Unit at the Hospital. The topic will be the benefit of exercise and keeping your mobility. Participant in the program will also learn about the types of assistive devices such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs and how to select them when walking independently is no longer possible. As always the course if free and begins with refreshments at 5:00 p.m and the program starting at 5:30 in the Pavilion at the hospital.
