HUTCHINSON, Kan. – One of two Hutchinson residents arrested back on April 2, after a drug related search was done in the home they shared, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
27-year-old Raymond Kimball is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package and no drug tax stamp.
Drug Unit Detectives say they found a white rocky substance, green leafy vegetation, a digital scale, and new and used packaging inside the home. The white rocky substance tested positive for cocaine and weighed about 25 grams. The green leafy substance field tested for marijuana and weighed about 4.3 grams.
24-year-old Holly Caudillo was also arrested and charged in the case. She is very well known to law enforcement and is on corrections for convictions of criminal discharge of a firearm and criminal damage to property. She was involved in a drive-by shooting case with Jason Gleason in 2012.
Kimball is back in prison for convictions of possession of drugs and aggravated battery. He is being housed at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility on a parole violation.
As always, hearings are subject to last minute continuances.
