McPHERSON, Kan. — A Hutchinson woman was involved in a two vehicle fatality accident in McPherson County 
Thursday afternoon.
According to the Kansas Highway patrol 56-year-old Pamela Pierce of Hutchinson was going north on I-135 when she made a lane change and pulled into the path of an SUV driven by 69-year-old Kay Pautz, of Alexandria, Minn. The Pautz vehicle hit Pierce in the back before leaving the road and rolling several times. Pautz, and her passenger, 70-year-old Gary Pautz, were both killed in the accident. Pierce was uninjured.
The accident happened just before 4 p.m., three miles north of McPherson.
