HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Dillons announced Monday that it will close two Wichita stores that are under performing 
according to Sheila Lowery, Dillons’ spokesperson.
The two stores are located at 13th and Woodlawn, and Harry and Broadway. The closings affect about 100 employees who will be given the opportunity to work at other Dillons or Kwik Shop locations. Lowery says she does not expect any layoffs.
There are currently 26 Dillons stores in the Wichita area.
