While the state has filed a motion to revoke against a Hutchinson woman for case going back to 2012, Rhonda Frye was in court for two additional cases.
She was read the formal complaint in the two, one of which alleges she attempted to get a prescription drug using a forged prescription.
Charges against Frye in this case include possession of the prescription drug “hydromorphone” with intent to sell, forgery, theft by deception and illegal disposition of government assistance. All this occurring on July 16.
The third case involves a non-residential burglary, making false information on a pawn ticket and theft. These crimes occurring on May 22.
Her attempt to get out of jail on a lower bond was unsuccessful. She said she needed out because she takes care of her mom, but the state opposed any reduction citing the charges and number of cases. Pro-Tem Judge Shannon Crane agreed and denied the request.
Frye will be back in court on July 10, for a waiver-status docket in front of Judge Joe McCarville.
