HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Motorists who use Halstead, north of 43rd Avenue, will need to find another route throughout 
the day tomorrow.
Halstead will be closed from 43rd Avenue to 56th Avenue from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The city will be constructing water and sewer line extensions in that area.
