One person was taken to the hospital, another to jail after a two vehicle accident Friday evening at 11th & Elm here in Hutchinson.
Arrested was 31-year-old Jimmy Behel who was charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident, failing to give information at an accident and failing to yield at a posted stop sign.
His vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by 76-year-old Richard Nicklaus of Hutchinson. Nicklaus was transported to emergency room at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Behel is free on bond and will be in court sometime this next week.
