Reno County Commissioners have a full agenda for their Tuesday meeting.
They will hold a public hearing and consider approval of 6.9 million dollars in bonds for the new Pleasant View retirement development to be built north of Hutchinson on North Halstead.
They would approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of of the bonds for Pleasant View Home in an amount not to exceed $6,900,000. The group based in Inman would pay off the bonds but would be issued by the county.
The commission will also consider approval a proposal from GSI Engineering of Wichita for special inspection and testing services for the new county jail being built in southeast Hutchinson at a cost not exceed 99-thousand dollars.
They will also consider approval a request from Reno County Emergency Medical Services to increase run fees from 100-to-150 dollars for the volunteer ambulance services.
And they will be given a presentation on new business and plant facility plans by Greg Ameringer, President of Tenawa in Haven. They will build a processing plant near Haven, south of K-96 Highway. The company plans to have the ground breaking for the facility on Tuesday as well.
The Reno County Commission meeting begins at 9 a-m.
